An assessment of the type and coverage of insurances should be undertaken by each individual court operator. Some policies that may be applicable include:
- Public liability insurance;
- Professional indemnity insurance;
- Directors and officers liability insurance;
- Associations liability insurance;
- Personal accident insurance;
- Property contents insurance;
- Building insurance; and/or
