Brisbane Vipers Junior Representative Team

Lachlan Johnston has been selected as Head Coach of the Brisbane Vipers Junior Team. Appropriate assistant coaches will be selected by the Junior Committee through the Junior Selection Series leading up to the QJC.

Brisbane Junior Selection Tournaments

These tournaments are for  all Brisbane Junior players. Junior players that want to be eligible to qualify for the Brisbane Vipers Junior team to compete in the Queensland Junior Championships must play a minimum of 2 out of the 3 tournaments. Medical certificates for non-attendance will be considered by the Selection Panel.

The Brisbane Vipers Junior team will be announced during presentation at the Brisbane Junior Open.

ALL Juniors are encouraged to attend these tournaments as they are a great way of making friends in the sport of squash, getting game experience and staying fit with friends.  

New Southside Fixture Venue for the next season

As of the new season there will be a new venue that some divisions will be playing from. It is expected that Nathan Campus of Griffith University will have approximately 6 teams on both Tuesday and Thursday night. Contact Marc Forster 0402327560 for more information.

You will also find information on Squash around the world.  In Brisbane, we have competitions for all standards of players from the beginner to the professional.  

There is coaching available at most centres if you require some individual coaching or coaching as a part of a group.  If you are under 19 years of age there is junior competition available at some centres.

PAST EVENTS NEWS

Queenslander, Brisbane City Squash and Caboolture player Nathan Stevenson made it into the main draw of the Hibiscus Gardens Open when he beat Perth’s Walter Koteka in four games on Wednesday 15th February. Nathan lost the first game but came back to win 8-11, 11-4, 11-2, 11-7. You can find Nathan at the Caboolture courts.
Well done Nathan. Nathan is currently ranked No. 159 in the world.
